Unbelievable, but he is half a year old already!

Development

  • Has rolled over now several times from back to belly, but doesn't do it daily yet.

  • Grabs everything and will chew on things

  • Grabbing his toes

Feeding

  • From 3-4 sadly no more live breastfeeding... I am pumping 4-5 times a day still and he gets 1 bottle of breastmilk and 4 bottles of formula.

  • Since a little more than a week I'm trying to not feed him from 11 pm until 6 am any more.

  • We will start with the solids on his birthday! :-)

Sleeping

  • Sleeping is getting a little easier. He can fall asleep on his own about the half of the times with (mostly) a pacifier in his mouth.

  • Sleeps 3 times a day; wakes up around 6 am, 1st nap 8-10ish, 2nd nap 12-14ish and the 3rd nap around 20-45 min about 4 pm.

  • Wake windows are about 2 h long.

  • Responds well to patting to sleep (including at night).

  • Once slept from 19 to 4 am, but when there is a feed around 23, he will sleep max 5-6 after.

  • False starts are infrequent at the moment.

  • Still has the 45 min wakeup but has had a few sleeps that were completely uninterrupted and more often than not it is possible to get him back to sleep after the intruder.

  • We switched him to a normal sleeping bag from Love2Dream just last night. Let's see how it goes.

  • Sleeps around 14,5-15 h per 24 hours.

General

  • Is just a happy cheerful little guy, he cries very little.

  • I started work when he was 5mo2 weeks. It has been a hard adjustment but at the moment it is going well. I miss the little guy very much.

  • He has 2 teeth already!

  • Nicknames: Little Buddy, O...y, Little Guy.

Statistics

  • Wears size 68 but it is getting small. 24-3: 6,6 kg and 69 cm.

The schedule is about the same like last month.
