I ran my 4th marathon in Groningen on the 31st of May! The training I ran the marathon of Rotterdam just 6 weeks before this race, but really wanted to run a marathon that was organized for the first time in our own city. I started carefully training during the first week after the marathon (Wed after I could only run 2,5 km and did a total body workout on Thur and ran normally on Friday and in the weekend). She is 6! It is unbeliavable! Important She has gotten so big so quickly. She is really a preschooler now with her own ideas, likes and interests. Her personality is growing so much. Likes: all kinds of crafts, playing outside, spending time with friends, having books read out aloud. Is just such a nice little companion 98% of the time. Important Finally walking! Took off walking 1,5 week before turning 1,5 years after we more targetly started supporting him around the ribs and motivating him walking from the table to the chair etc. Interests: cars, wheels, anything moving. He likes to ride them around all the time. Also loves the cats and his big sister the most. He loves being outside, especially with his bike.
