These last months have flown by! We returned from Estonia and had a little holiday at a camping site in Drenthe.

Important

  • Our little guy is more and more mobile now, he still scoots but also stands on his knees and leans forward and plays like that, goes from on his tummy to sitting.

  • He is going to daycare from upcoming week, we will see. He loves the company of other kids!

  • He has 5 teeth now (the new one is upper right one), the 6th one breaking through as we are speaking. The number 5 came with fever and fussiness.

Eating

  • Gets 3-4 bottles per day, depending, mostly formula and a little bit of frozen breast milk.

  • He likes to eat on his own and not being fed. Likes most of the food, e.g. he sampled some of our chili sin carne the other day.

  • Favorite foods: blueberries, tomatoes, grapes. From purees prefers sweet potato, also some potato and pasta dishes.

  • Grabbed his dads muffin by accident and loved it!

Sleeping

  • Now sleeps on his tummy or on his side, which is very unfamiliar to us!

  • When we are at our own home, he falls asleep on his own and mostly sleeps through the night.

  • Has 2 naps: the first one in a moving stroller, the second one in his crib, together about 2,5 to 3 h.

  • We see now that it is very hard for him to fall asleep in unfamiliar surroundings.

  • He sleeps without the Fedde and Kees linen now.

Statistics

Wears the size 74 now.
